The RB25det was taken apart and found to have a bad #6 piston ringland.
While I thought about getting another RB25det, the problem is that the motor would still be used. Having this engine taken apart would cost a bit more, but I could rebuild it.
Marco told me I could take my time too (which I don’t want to do though).
The RB25det would need to go to Marco’s machine shop. It was about to be taken apart, tested and honed and refreshed.
